Sienna IM Benelux advises SCPI Transitions Europe on acquisition of Orion campus in Hoofddorp

Sienna Investment Managers’ (Sienna IM) Benelux Real Estate team has advised SCPI Transitions Europe on the acquisition of an office building in Beukenhorst, the best performing office district in Hoofddorp, located just outside of Amsterdam. The property, comprised of roughly 11,000 sqm of LFA office space and 315 parking spaces, is let for over 90% on a multi-tenant basis.

The property was built in 1999 and was extensively renovated in 2021, now boasting energy labels A/A+ and a BREEAM Good score, based on a pre-assessment. The Orion Campus is widely accessible both by car and public transport, and is in close proximity to both Amsterdam city centre and Schiphol airport.
