About Private Credit

As of 2011, Sienna IM’s Private Credit team (formerly Acofi Gestion) has chosen to focus on designing, structuring and deploying debt funds on behalf of institutional investors in order to offer them unique and low- volatility investment solutions, mainly by diversifying their fixed-income segment. The company carries out business in the form of funds, discretionary management, and funds of funds. Sienna Private Credit is the commercial name of AMF regulated asset management company Sienna AM France.

Corporate Real Estate Financing

The real estate debt products designed, deployed and managed by Sienna IM's Private Credit team invest in senior mortgages, initiated by the management team or brought to it by the market.

Energy Transition Financing

Since 2015, Sienna IM's Private Credit expertise has delivered resilient debt investments to its investors, with attractive returns and tangible impact towards the climate.

Public Sector Financing

Sienna IM's Private Credit expertise’s open-ended or dedicated public-sector funds offer institutional investors an organised path to acquiring, holding, monitoring, valuing and, where appropriate, recovering euro-denominated loans granted to the French public sector, mainly to local authorities and public hospitals.
