Sienna Private Equity has been founded by Vincent Catherine and Hugo d’Avout together with Sienna Investment Managers, combining the team’s versatile private equity and special situations skillset developed from their prior experiences, with unique networks and strong backing from GBL. Sienna Private Equity will pursue its distinctive all-weather investment strategy focusing on developing, fixing or improving established companies in value-oriented private equity opportunities and building sector leaders in buy-and-build platforms.

Sienna Private Equity, based in Paris, will focus on selected sectors within the European mid-market supported by positive mega trends, for which the team can bring its active contribution to building stronger companies and promising projects.
