Alix Faure

Head of ESG

Sienna Investment Managers

Before joining Sienna IM, Alix was Head of Responsible Development and member of the Responsible Investment Committee at Comgest for the past year. In 2019, she joined AFG (the French asset management association) as Head of Sustainable Investment. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Product Manager in charge of business development for equity and impact strategies at Mirova that she joined in 2015. Alix started her career at BNP Paribas Investment Partners in 2005, where she held a variety of roles including Investment Specialist – Sustainable & Responsible Investments. She holds a Master of Science in Management from EM LYON.

Astrid Liedes

Responsible Finance Analyst

Expertise Listed Assets

Astrid Liedes joined Listed Assets in August 2022. She previously spent two years as a Senior Consultant at EY – Climate Change & Sustainability Services in the Banking, Insurance and Asset Management sector. Specialising in regulatory support for sustainable finance, impact management and CSR communication, she also carries out extra-financial audits and awards of the SRI label. She gained her first experience at OFI AM in the SRI team, working on impact measurement. Astrid holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University in partnership with Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Bastien Roleau

Bastien Roleau joined Sienna Private Equity as a Director in 2022. Previously, he spent 9 years at Oaktree, most recently as a vice president within the European Principal Group. Bastien is an engineer graduate from Ecole Centrale Lille and holds an Advanced Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.

Hugo Thomas

Head of Credit and ESG Analysis

Private Credit

Hugo has 8 years of experience in corporate finance. He started his career as a Credit Analyst for US clients (mainly in the aerospace and packaging sector) of BNP Paribas CIB in New York. He joined Sienna Private Credit (formerly Acofi) in 2016 as a credit analyst prior to joining the consulting firm Redbridge DTA in 2019, where he assisted corporate issuers (mid and large caps) from all sectors in the negotiation and implementation of their debt instruments (bank syndications, private placements, listed debt, asset financing). Hugo joined Sienna Private Credit team again in January 2022 as Head of Credit. Hugo is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan and the Paris-Dauphine University.

Igor Ignatieff

ESG Manager

Sienna Investment Managers

Igor Ignatieff joined Sienna Investment Managers in 2023 as head of ESG projects. He started his career in 2015 as a financial auditor at PwC, then in 2017 he joined HSBC’s Continental Europe  Group internal audit. His last position since 2019 was Consultant Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management practice at EY in Paris. Igor Ignatieff holds a Master’s degree in Management from Skema Business School.

Jean-Marc Leverne

Expertise Real Estate

Jean-Marc is General Counsel & Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. He is responsible for all Legal and Risks & Compliance matters within Sienna Real Estate. Before joining the company in 2001, Jean-Marc worked as legal director at Klépierre and as legal advisor at Compagnie Bancaire (Paribas Group) in Paris, in charge of the Real Estate.

Jean-Marie Péan

Head of Sustainable Finance

Expertise Listed Assets

Jean-Marie Péan joined Listed Assets in December 2021 as Director of Sustainable Finance. He has 18 years’ experience in asset management companies specialising in SRI and in extra-financial rating agencies. Specialised in measuring the impact of listed companies within OFI AM’s Equity Management team since 2018, he previously held the positions of SRI Analyst Team Manager (3 years) and SRI Analyst (7 years) at Macif Gestion. He began his career in 2004 with the rating agency Vigéo, assessing issuers’ ESG practices. Jean-Marie holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Paris XII.

Mikaël Pereira

Sienna Venture Capital

Mikael joined the investment team at Sienna Venture Capital as a Partner, to focus on technology investments across a range of themes, such as food tech and agri-tech. He began his career at EY in the Private Equity department, where he was in charge of financial audits of venture capital and private equity funds, later moving to Blackstone, where he worked in valuation teams, before joining the investment team at La Maison Partners. Mikael has a Master’s in International Financial Analysis from Neoma and Inseec.

Nicolas Fourt

Head of Risk and Sustainability

Private Credit

Nicolas is Chief Risk Officer and ISR Director of Sienna Private Credit. Until 2008, he was Head of Capital Markets at CDC, Ixis and then Natixis. Nicolas joined the management team at Acofi Gestion in 2014 as Deputy CEO after the Alfafinance-Acofi merger. He is a graduate of ENSAE, was awarded a DEA in Economic Sciences from Université de Paris I and is a member of the Institut des Actuaires Français.

Paul de Leusse

Chief Executive Officer

Sienna Investment Managers

Paul joins Sienna in October 2022 as Group CEO. He began his career in 1997 in business consulting, first as a consultant and then as a partner at Oliver Wyman, before joining Bain. In 2009, he joined the Crédit Agricole Group as head of strategy, and in 2011 he became head of finance at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, before becoming deputy CEO. In 2016, he became Chief Executive Officer of CA Indosuez, Crédit Agricole’s wealth management bank managing € 120bn of assets in 10 countries. Since 2018, he was deputy CEO of the Orange Group in charge of digital banking activities in Europe and Africa, and in this capacity CEO of Orange Bank. Paul is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and a Ponts et Chaussées engineer.
