Sienna Investment Managers’ (Sienna IM) Real Estate team has advised OSMO Energie SCPI, managed by Mata Capital, on the acquisition of Fahrenheitlaan 8, a logistics asset in the North of the Netherlands. This marks the first acquisition of OSMO Energie SCPI in the Netherlands.

We would like to thank their team for the professional and pleasant collaboration, and look forward to a long and successful collaboration with them in future”.

OSMO Energie SCPI/Mata Capital was advised by Sienna IM (investment management), Greenberg Traurig (legal & tax) and Socotec (technical & environmental). The seller, Realterm, was advised by CBRE (broker) and DLA Piper (legal).
