Renewables Now: French biogas firm KEON gets EUR 40m for more projects

French biogas company KEON has secured EUR 40 million in bond financing from Sienna Investment Managers to accelerate its green gas development.

KEON, founded in 2005, operates through four specialized units and currently manages 11 operational biogas plants, with several more in construction or development. The funding will come from three private credit funds and follows a major 2022 investment round with Marguerite.
