Sienna IM’s Real Estate team advises Arkéa REIM on the acquisition of the Axiom Portfolio, consisting of two assets located in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. This transaction forms the fourth acquisition of Arkéa REIM in the Netherlands.
The Axiom Portfolio consists of two Life Science assets, located at the Port of Rotterdam and the Port of Amsterdam. The buildings collectively boast c. 7,600 m² of lettable floor space with ample outside parking spaces. Both properties have an EPC label A.
The properties are fully leased to a world leading company in laboratory testing, inspection and certification services. This company has 80,000 employees located in more than 1,600 offices and laboratories around the globe.
Arkéa REIM was advised by Sienna Investment Managers, Drees & Sommer (technical) and Greenberg Traurig (legal). During this transaction, seller was advised by Cushman & Wakefield (commercial) and AKD (legal).
