Sienna IM’s Real Estate expertise reinforces it’s French team

Sienna Investment Managers (Sienna IM) announces the promotion of three members of its French Real Estate team, with the aim of strengthening its organisation to support its development. These appointments took effect on 1 January 2024.
Victoire Vercken de Vreuschmen has been appointed Head of Acquisitions. Marion Garcin is promoted to Asset Management Director. Rehaze Gunny has been appointed Corporate Management Director. All three report to Michaël Hameau, Head of Real Estate France since last October.

Michael Hameau, Head of France for Sienna IM’s Real Estate expertise, comments: “We are delighted to announce these promotions, which reflect our commitment to recognising and developing the diversity of talent within our French team. We will continue to further develop our structure in 2024 to support our growth, meet the requirements of our investors and implement the development strategy for our real estate business.

Victoire Vercken de Vreuschmen, 29, studied at the Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières and the Institut de la Construction et de l’Habitat. In 2015, she joined Swiss Life Asset Managers, initially in the Asset Management team, before becoming an Investment Manager in the Acquisitions team. In 2022, she joined Sienna IM’s Real Estate expertise as Investment Manager to work on Core+/Value Added transactions.

Marion Garcin, 37, holds a Master’s degree in Business Consulting from Montpellier Business School (MBS) and a Bachelor’s Honours degree from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). She has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector. In 2007, she worked in the Account Management team at Jones Lang Lasalle, before joining the Property and Asset Management team at L’Etoile Properties France in 2010, which has now become Sienna IM’s Real Estate expertise.

Rehaze Gunny, 46, holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury and Financial Engineering from the ISC PARIS business school, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He has nearly 20 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector. In 2004, he held the position of financial analyst at Crédit Agricole Immobilier, before joining the Corporate Finance team at L’Etoile Properties France in 2006, which became Sienna IM’s Real Estate expertise.
