Sienna Investment Managers acquires Malakoff Humanis Gestion d’Actifs

Belgian investment company Sienna Investment Managers is showing a strong interest in the asset management sector, with a second acquisition in a month and a half, in this case of Malakoff Humanis Gestion d’Actifs (MHGA). Sienna Investment Managers will acquire most of the capital, with the current owner retaining a stake.
