Sienna Private Credit finances a solar portfolio

Our Energy Transition team has completed another financing transaction to fund a project by the French developer Technique Solaire. The €13m junior debt transaction will finance an 81MW greenfield portfolio for the Poitou-based independent renewable energy producer, which recently raised €200m from its historical shareholders, Bpifrance and the Crédit Agricole group.
