Sienna Private Credit sets up a €30 million impact financing for Caillé Automobiles
The Predirec ABL-3 and Social Impact Funds managed by Sienna Private Credit (formerly Acofi Gestion) are setting up impact financing for Caillé Automobiles, a subsidiary of the Caillé Group specialized in automobile distribution.
A family business founded in 1919 by the Caillé family, the group is present in two sectors of activity: mass retailing via the Leader Price franchise, and automobile distribution of brands such as Peugeot, Opel and Porsche.
