Sienna’s Real Estate Team Signs Two Lease Agreements on Calle de Alcalá Offices

Sienna IM’s Spanish Real Estate team have advised a French investor in the negotiation and signature of lease agreements for both the A544 and A546 buildings. The buildings, of 10,500 and 20,000 sqm respectively, will be leased in their entirety, with Straumann Holding AG taking A544 and L´Oréal expanding their original lease to the entire building of in A546 for their Iberian headquarters.

Ideally situated in the innovative MADBIT district, the properties are located on the scenic Calle de Alcalá which connects Madrid city center to Madrid Airport. Both A544 and A546 boast LEED Platinum Shell & Cor certifications as well as ample amenities, such as roof terraces, ground floor and below-ground parking, and convenient access to various public transport routes.

Sienna’s Real Estate team advised the owner on the purchase of both properties earlier this year, A544 being the most recent close in March. The team have stayed involved with the properties since, now in the capacity of asset and property managers.
