Sienna IM Germany advises Arkéa REIM on acquisition of office and laboratory building in Erlangen

Sienna Investment Managers’ (Sienna IM) German Real Estate team has advised SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, on the acquisition of the office and laboratory building, HENRI. The property is located within the dedicated life sciences cluster Siemens Campus in Erlangen, part of the Nuremberg metropolitan area. The property spans over a gross floor area of 5,180m² office and R&D space, and is let on a long-term basis to an internationally renowned tenant in the life science sector.
