Sienna IM in Germany advises Arkea REIM on the acquisition of a light industrial asset near Munich
Sienna Investment Managers‘ (Sienna IM) German Real Estate team has advised the French SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM, on the acquisition of a property in Klepperstrasse 26, Rosenheim. The vendor was a joint venture between EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, and Pegasus Capital Partners.
The asset location features excellent access to public transport and the highway network alike. The property is let to a tenant from the high-tech and telecommunications sector with significant heritage at this location. The c. 25,000 sqm space is predominantly used as production space. The property consists of two individual buildings that are LEED Gold LEED Silver certified. Also, the asset comes with good ESG prospects, which entails district heating and LED lighting among other features.

This is the 3rd transaction that the German Real Estate team managed on behalf of Arkéa REIM in 2025.
