Sienna Real Estate introduces their new Head of Sienna Real Estate Funds: Ralf Klann

Starting this October, Prof. Dr. Ralf Joachim Klann FRICS will take over the Sienna Real Estate Funds business from Richard Apfelbacher. Sienna Real Estate Holding will incorporate a new SPV as a self-contained unit. The unit, led by Ralf, will collaborate with all expertise and offices of Sienna Real Estate globally. Ralf will therefore be reporting directly to the Board of Sienna Real Estate. Richard

Ralf has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has therefore already successfully navigated several cycles. In addition several management positions at well-known real estate and investment firms, such as Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Which included 4 years in London and 5 years in the United Arab Emirates. He also holds a professorship for Real Estate Management at the EBZ Business School in Bochum, Germany. Where he has been teaching for over 10 years. In addition, he is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors “FRICS” and is actively involved in the institution’s international accreditation council.
