Sienna Real Estate signs second pre-let agreement on Aqueduc Campus

Sienna Real Estate has signed a second lease on the Aqueduc campus, of which it is co-proprietor, welcoming Biocodex to the premises. Biocodex, a family-owned pharmaceutical laboratory, will lease the A building of the campus, taking on roughly 8,000 sqm. Located in the Cite Universitaire district to the south of Paris, the campus now more than 50% pre-let, with delivery expected at the end of 2023.
