Sienna Private Credit builds investment products and solutions that meet the expectations of large institutional investors. Its initiatives focus on real assets (real estate, energy transition, public sector) and direct lending with €2.5 billion of assets under management.

Sienna Private Credit is part of Sienna Investment Managers, the alternative investment platform (RE, PE, Private debt, VC …) of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. It operates in seven countries notably in Luxembourg, London, Paris, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Madrid and Seoul. Sienna Investment Managers employs 260 professionals and manages over €34bn (including €3bn in permanent capital).

Sienna is willing to hire an Investment Manager for its “Fintech/Platform Financing” business within the Direct Lending team. The fund’s activity is focused on new financing methods such as BtoB BNPL through digital platforms (Fintechs).

Main responsibilities

Investments :

  • Carry out full analysis of B2B financing programs which includes statistical analyses in partnership with Fintech partners ; Ability to challenge scoring models, to structure financing program and propose risk-based structuring and monitoring;
  • Preparation of the fund’s investment committees : drafting and presentation of investment proposals which include review of structure (legal structure, bankruptcy remote, eligibility criteria, triggers, covenants, risks and mitigants, etc.);
  • Monitoring of relations with Fintech partners.


Fund Management :

  • Monitoring of portfolios in relation with Fintechs partners ; establishment of risk monitoring parameters/KPIs
  • Preparation of management reports for investors and portfolio reportings for the management
  • Relationship management with external legal and tax advisors for the follow-up of each financing program


Development (products, tools) and improvement of existing processes :

  • Force of proposal for the automation and digitalization of operational processes and monitoring tools including databases, KPIs
  • Participation in the implementation of new products and the interconnection of the IS with those of Fintechs’ partners
  • Development of IT tools for the digitalization of management, monitoring and statistical tools

Job requirements


  • Master’s degree from a first-class renowned engineering school or statistics, good notions of quantitative portfolio analysis


  • Professional experience includes 7/10 years minimum in structured credit, securitization or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the legal and tax framework concerning the assignment of receivables/loans, structured credit/securitization
  • Interest in portfolio management/structured finance, statistical analysis
  • Organization, great rigor discipline, interest in IT/ and digital payment systems
  • Dynamism, sense of initiative, team spirit, presentation skills (investors, committees)
  • Excellent IT agility
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, proactive and flexible environment
  • Rigorous, autonomous, organized and respectful of deadlines
  • Perfect command of written and spoken English
