Sienna Real Estate advises a French Family Office on the acquisition of Sarphati, a high quality and sustainable office in the city centre of Amsterdam.

Sarphati is located at Sarphatistraat 8-14, next to the Amstel River in the city centre of Amsterdam on freehold land. The asset is originally constructed in 1880 and due to its historic allure and neo-renaissance style, it is a listed monument. From 2019 until early 2021, the asset was extensively renovated in accordance with high standards, resulting in a modern and sustainable boutique office with a stately exterior. Sarphati measures approx. 2,035 sq.m office space with several entrances, a spacious garden and is fully leased to a diverse tenant base.
