Sienna Real Estate advises a fund managed by Amundi Real Estate on the acquisition of A544, a sleek, modern office building in the Madbit district of Madrid. The property, comprised of over 10,000 sqm, is jointly developed by BNP Paribas and Therus, and was completed at the end of March, 2023. This property is the second in the area that Sienna Real Estate has assisted the fund, managed by Amundi Real Estate, in acquiring, with A546 having been purchased at the end of 2022.
