Sienna Real Estate advises Arkéa on the acquisition of the Eiffel HQ, located at Meander 1061 in Arnhem. This is the second acquisition by Arkéa on behalf of the Transitions Europe SCPI Fund in the Netherlands after acquiring the Energieweg 9 in Rotterdam in December 2022. The property is a sustainable office building (energy label A++) that was custom-built as headquarters for tenant Eiffel B.V. in 2010.
