Sienna Real Estate advises Perial Asset Management on the acquisition of a new office building in the Brussels Airport District for € 67 M.

Sienna Real Estate advises Perial Asset Management on the acquisition of Onyx, a new multi-tenant office building in Machelen, between Brussels’ airport and Brussels’ center, next to the NATO headquarters. The property of c. 16,000 sqm is a development by Belgian developer Immogra and is part of the new sustainable business park “Park 7”. This transaction forms the second acquisition by Perial on Park 7, after their acquisition of the new 3M office building in 2020, also from Immogra.
Onyx was delivered in July 2022 and is fully let on a long-term multi-tenant basis. The building was designed by the architectural firm Jaspers-Eyers. Eye-catchers include the rounded corners with curved glass and the impressive dome in the atrium.
Onyx and Park 7 however do not solely stand out architecturally. The Onyx building also meets the highest demands in terms of sustainability and employee well-being with BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certificates.
