Its initiatives focus primarily on real asset financing and direct lending to economic actors across four sectors: investment real estate, secured corporate financing (SMEs and mid-market companies), infrastructure, primarily renewable energy, and financing for the non-central government public sector (local authorities and public healthcare institutions).

About Private Credit

As of 2011, Sienna IM’s Private Credit team (formerly Acofi Gestion) has chosen to focus on designing, structuring and deploying debt funds on behalf of institutional investors in order to offer them unique and low- volatility investment solutions, mainly by diversifying their fixed-income segment. The company carries out business in the form of funds, discretionary management, and funds of funds. Sienna Private Credit is the commercial name of AMF regulated asset management company Sienna AM France.

The Sienna IM Group’s Private Credit division is an AIFM portfolio management firm founded in 1998, authorized by the AMF since 1997, and a member of the Sienna Investment Managers Group since 2022.

As of the end of 2025, the funds managed by the Sienna IM Group’s Private Credit division represent €2.9 billion in assets under management.
